Customer asked us to inspect a basement that was converted in to a man cave. Customer noticed a mold smell and high humidity in the space. After inspecting the room we found that the masonry walls had not been sealed before converting the space. Recommending a masonry sealer and placing a permanent installation of a dehumidifier going forward.
