Mold and water damage inspection in Bountiful Utah. In the course of our inspection we found a small spot of dampness on the ceiling in the upstairs hallway. This is a picture of the Furnace flue where it goes up through the roof, and as you can see there's a little bit of daylight coming through that allows rain water to leak in and drip down as well. This is a minor issue but one they weren't aware of and we're happy to learn about so they could get it fixed.
