I'm doing a free wet check for a recent customer here in Centerville Utah. This couple just recently purchased this home and as soon as they closed there was some wetness in the basement so we help to dry out and take care of and actually build the seller the former owner. They were worried about an odor under the stairs had his check it out fortunately odor is very minimal and there's no dampness.
