There are a lot of systems that make up our homes. When they work everything is good. When they don't work it can lead to problems. The picture shows a system that is not good. It's a downspout from a rain gutter that empties into a bucket, and a negative slope towards the house. This is not a good system, it could lead to water damage and possible mold.
