Mold inspection in Draper Utah. This homeowner was concerned about two areas in the basement because of an odor. The odor is not noticeable today and remains a mystery, but we did rule out mold, the odor is not mold related. She had me check three other areas while I'm here. We found mold in two of the three areas. One was from an ice damming event and the other was an area that did not get dried out from a flood in the basement.
