We are cleaning up water damage at a fairly new house in Draper Utah. But as you can see the baseboard has mold on it even new homes can have mold it's just a matter of dampness and time. In this instance the outside Landscaping was higher than it should it's buried the bottom of the framed wall and allowing a little bit of moisture into the corner of this bedroom.
