Water damage inspection in Draper Utah. This customer is actually been living in the home for 2 years as a tenant and it's just now in the process of purchasing it. He had a home inspector do a regular inspection and was concerned about mold and the home inspector referred us to do a mold inspection for him. We were able to give him good news, there was no evidence of mold or prior water damage.
