Mold inspection in Sandy Utah. The picture is not the mold that we found, but of the roof which is one of the contributing factors. Ground water has been coming in the basement through the foundation. The ground near the home is saturated because of a negative slope towards the house and roof and rain gutter issues. A large section of the roof slopes toward a small rain gutter that is clogged from pi e needles and debris. It needs to be cleaned and monitored on a regular basis.
