Water damage cleanup response in Ogden Utah. We were 10 minutes slower than the response time we estimated over the phone and this home owner turned us away. That I can understand, but this arrogant and conceeted home owner would not even listen to advice. He said that he said yes to his insurance company sending their preferred vendor. I hope for his sake he does not get abused like we have seen others when they did not have a vendor helping to look out for their interest.
