From the owners description there is a lot of mold damage. They were out of town and there was a water leak. No one was home, the leak went on for a long time. That is a sad story by itself to come home and find major damage, but what is even more sad is the insurance company is trying to not cover the damage. I will investigate the water source to the leak and see if it should be a covered event. The main help these people will need is dealing with the insurance company.
