Mold inspection in Park City Utah. The Maltese visible in this picture is on a joist in the Attic. This mold grew on the wood when it was on the job site before it was ever installed as part of the house many years ago. The house has been bought twice before the current transaction and everyone is was oblivious that the mold was there. Just because of the home has been inspected don't trust that it's mold free.
