I am so glad I said yes to having you checked the rest of the house. The regular home inspector told us we need to have you come to further diagnose the mold that he observed in the crawl space but he didn't see the mold in the Boiler Room. We thought was his inspection that everything else should be fine but more eyes are better than fewer eyes and your inspection encompassed more than his inspection did.
