We are trying to buy this home and we hired a home inspector that we know and trust. The inspector pointed out some visible mold on a basement window sill and some water damage on the bottom of a wall in a bedroom. He said call The Flood Co., they can tell you if you have a mold problem and what you should do if you do. Daryl from The Flood Co came diagnosed those two areas and found two more areas, one that is larger than the others. It's all fixable, but I'm sure glad that I know about it now rather than later.
