Water damage and mold inspection in Provo Utah. Walkin tubs are designed to be water tight, they are still susceptible to human error. That is what happened in this case. The tenants opened the door before the tub was empty and flooded the floor and into the crawl space below. That was months ago, now the home is for sale and we are here inspecting for mold. We did find mold, but is is unrelated to the incident with the tub.
