Insurance property damage adjusting is not very consistent. We just met the adjuster at this water damage loss and I'm actually surprised they are going to cover the damage. It's from an event that is usually not covered by insurance. The same Insurance Company is not consistently this nice though. We just finished a three-month battle with an adjuster at this same insurance company trying to get an adequate scope and budget for a fire damage loss.
