Water damage Cleanup in Salt Lake City Utah. This is a three-level Condo building and we are looking at a cute one bedroom unit on the bottom floor. Was from a drain backup apparently this occurs occasionally and has been a problem. The maintenance guys suggestion to the owner was don't by a unit on the bottom floor. The cleanup can be expensive, but with disclosure laws this reaccuring problem is probably worth about $20,000+ when it's time to sell.
