Water damage and mold inspection in Salt Lake City Utah. This homers homeowner is trying to be on top of water damage events. They invited us in to help diagnose why there was a puddle on the floor in their utility room yesterday. It appears to be ground water coming in through the exterior wall behind this vanity in the adjacent bathroom. It would be a shame beautiful vanity and top needed to be taken out.
