I didn't realize our dampness for moisture problem was a recurring issue coma but it smells terrible now and needs to be cleaned up. The gentleman was very polite and helpful he showed us everywhere that was wet and where the mold was and took his time to describe what the removal and cleanup would consist of. Very impressed with their professionalism.
