The unfortunate combination of events in West Valley Utah. The owners of this rental property sent in two or three different handyman to try to diagnose and give them solutions to the leak that the tenant reported to them. The handyman were in over their heads didn't have good Solutions or recommendations and didn't recognize him report to the owner that they needed to do an insurance claim. Eventually when the owners called the insurance it was no longer covered it had gone on for too long.
