We had a living room and bedroom that developed slight rises, or rolls in the carpeting. After attempting to flatten them with a carpeting "kicker" to no avail, I sought professional help. Gregg and Matt from Word of Mouth Carpet and Tile looked over job at hand, and gave me an estmate that I thought was reasonable. You are at no obligation to have anything done then, but I approved the work, and an hour later my carpeting had been fixed, with both rooms being re-stretched to flatten the carpeting to like-new condition. Although the power stretcher does not require removal of furniture, in my case a heavy entertainment center had to be slid to the other side of the room to allow for the streched carpet excess to be trimmed and retucked to the wall, and the same for the bedroom that had to have a dresser moved for same. All of this was done in a careful and professional manner to acheive the great results. We had all of this done in the morning with time to get to the beach by 10:30 on a Friday. My hat is off to Gregg and Matt for getting my repair done in a professional and timely manner!
