If there was another star for rating, I would have marked it as well! WOM is more than 5 star! I've had my upstairs, loft and bedrooms cleaned by what was called specialists but NEVER did I have the results I now have after the incredible team from WOM. My extremely heavy stained and rippled carpets look smooth and totally stain free. They are prompt, fast, friendly and totally awesome. I will never use another carpet cleaning company again. In fact, I'm going to have the same team do my entire downstairs grout. After they're done, my house will look brand new! I am a happy and will be a repeat customer!
