What a great job Buddy and Anna did for us today. Buddy did a fantastic carpet repair that blends so well that no one could ever even find the spot! Their attitude was very professional and they gave us 150% effort to please us. We had many spots on our carpet due to the addition of a puppy last year. Buddy knew everything about the stains and he is certified in this area. We thought we had to change the padding,as the urine spots kept coming back after other companies had cleaned our carpet. Buddy educated us on how to permanently get rid of these spots and what we had to do. It was not in changing the padding. We were so lucky to find this Company, as they had the expertise to completely solve all of our problems. They were very careful with our dog, as if a door was left open he would have gone out and we would never have found him! Buddy addressed this problem early, as we had to leave the doors open some for the hoses. What a pleasant and professional Company. I will never use anyone else. Also, the cost was in line with other companies that we had used before with unsatisfactory results.
