Not impressed. Furniture was placed in my storage units and no cloth was put on the wood pieces which resulted in scratches because cardboard boxes were placed directly on top of them. Some wood pieces had knicks in the wood. I’m just sick about it! I didn’t use a lower-priced moving service because I thought if I paid a higher price they would take better care of my belongings. The only highlight of my dealings with this company was the women in the front office. They kept me informed with how the process would go and the time frame of when the move would occur and offered used boxes which reduced the price of the move.
