The team showed up to load at correct time. They took almost three hours to load right at 2000lb approx, there were three of them. They stated that they didn’t want to have to go back to the warehouse because it was boring. Jose, who I assumed was in charge, forgot to give me all of the paperwork that I signed. I called the office and they not Jose could give me a definitive date my truck would arrive from out of state. I got called the morning of delivery. Once the team arrived, I asked Jose for the paperwork and he scoffed and then gave it to me. Totally unacceptable business practices will not be using Allied again, also, will not recommend them ever.
