Setting up and predetermining what the job entailed was handled perfectly. Pricing within budget needs as well as scheduling was right on. Packing was not so good. I has previously packed a majority of boxes but when the packing crew came complaints of timeframe wad what I heard. I was appreciative that they agreed to do on one day. But what was discovered as the truck was being unloaded was some boxes were not labeled and expensive one of a kind pieces have been boxed unmarked. This is is not acceptable especially when paying $6,000 for a move.Clothes in wardrobe boxes were filled to capacity and when I was told I could simply lift out and hang without trouble that was not the case. Things were hung every which way making me have to hang item by item. Also clothes were thrown in the bottoms. The actual movers went above and beyond...they were the only ones to genuinely earn a 5 Star rating. No complaints and if anyone could they could. Our furniture is super heavy and expensive pieces...Much of it had to be taken to a second floor by way of two flights of stairs. Minor scratches did occur but because of their know how and respect for our things they truly thought out every piece. I am so grateful for them!
