We purchased a new refrigerator from Lowes and were assured that the delivery people would move our old one downstairs into our garage. They delivered the new one and refused to move the old one, leaving it standing in the middle of our kitchen. I called Coast to Coast, who said they would move it with no problem. After stringing me along for two days, they left me a voicemail saying they couldn’t do it after all. I called Few Moves on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning, Donte, Chase and Travis arrived promptly. They were professional and courteous. They got the old refrigerator downstairs and set up in the garage. We will definitely call them again when we need help moving. Btw, Lowe’s reimbursed us the cost of moving the fridge but I could have done without the hassle.
