We needed to move most of our home for a remodel so called MODS. First, their metal containers were approved by our home insurance, so our property was still insured while in storage (that wouldn't have been the case with a plastic unit). They delivered the unit on time, had a super cool transportation system that kept the container level and avoided jostling. We took our time loading and then they picked it up and stored it for us in their facility. Four months later, we called, they delivered and we emptied (nothing was broken or shifted). Much easier than using a moving truck. Monthly rates were less than other portable storage containers, delivery fees were reasonable. Customer service is very friendly, personal and knowledgeable. Great experience and will use them again, if I ever need to.

While MODS is more expensive than a regular storage, it is soooo much easier than loading and unloading twice! It also allows you a bit more time to load up when you are moving -we used the time to clean out everything in the attic and as we decided what we absolutely needed to keep - we just went ahead and loaded it up!
