Office was readily able to get a Unit to us quickly. They serviced our Area (deep Country). Every Service is an additional Price - be ready for that. Units place easily & are delivered on a Small Truck so tight Spaces are workable. Units are thin. Both of ours had Holes in Walls (filled w/ “Great Stuff”) Floors were flimsy. Long Term Storage of Furniture not recommended in Humid Climates (our Wood got Mold). Heavy Duty Plastic Boxes did great!
