I just struck up a conversation with a gentleman, asked him if he was having neck pain based on how he was carrying himself. This man states he hurt himself a couple weeks ago moving his daughter into her new apt. Ever since then neck pain & upper back pain has been a constant. I asked him if I could suggest a couple back pain relief yoga poses & neck pain relief stretches, he said yes. We performed three standing yoga stretches for his upper back pain and neck pain, then I offered two manuel standing Tui Na adjustments here on the side walk. Gentleman states he has no neck pain or back pain.
