Painter was polite, friendly, respectful and skilled! But, he could have been more cleanly! Paint spots left on tile floor! Water based, I cleaned it up. Was in a rush at the end of each day, left property messy outside. Garden hose not put back first day, left roller grate behind. Lacked an extension ladder. Had to borrow ours. Advice: don't leave a sloppy mess, attend to detail when leaving the property. We liked AZ Painting when outside was painted. Not sure I would call again. Also, scheduled date no one was available. Was to be a one day, two man job! Company did not respect communicating about delay. Management sucked that day to put it bluntly!
