It is my opinion that Matthew, the sales rep, needs more training in presenting a contract. Contract was very general/generic and had very few details. Thankfully Tyler and Homer (painter) clarified much of the confusion that I experienced----quality of service from them was Excellent. Matthew was very courteous when I did contact him. Because of the broad contract/Matthew, I do not wish to click five stars on most of these items.
