Very good impression. Their equipment is definitely professional grade not the usual vans I see around my neighborhood. The gentleman who came to my house was very professional and polite. My only problem was a spot or two missed in front of the house. I talked to him but I did not have a chance to see if he came back to clean that spot. Other than that, all good.
