Technician just showed up at about 2 pm. We had no knowledge that he was coming. Apparently, an email was sent the day before [to an incorrect address] informing me of the appointment. I would appreciate a little more notice than that. It seem they just sprang this new procedure on me. Technician helped put me at ease.
