My wife and I were advised years ago, when we moved to Groton, to have Bain be our pest control service provider. We did so, and we had the same, reliable, expert come three times annually for decades. When he retired about a year ago, we wondered if the "new guy" would be as good. We are quite satisfied that he is, and the documentation and followup are even better. Thanks, Bain. (I can't speak about pricing, so no rating on that.)
