Good afternoon. Today I was out to perform your initial pest control service for mice. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of activity. Set up termite monitors on the corners of the home. Treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid residual for ants, spiders as well as general pests. I also set up a large rodent bait station on the front exterior. On the interior I set up MBS bait stations and traps throughout the home including the basement, kitchen under the stove and sink as well as closets and under stairs storage.
