It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line, thresholds, soffits doors and windows. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of spiders, stink bugs and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any exterior termite monitors around the perimeter of the home. No signs of termites at this time. It Was great to speak with you and your husband today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. Today I inspected the home for any and all pest activity from top to bottom. While inside I installed a series of rodent monitors in the attic, basement, as well as the garage. These units will help monitor and control any activity of rodents that may be in the house however, today, while in the home, I did not see any new activity, but I did notice some old droppings. Due to the family being in the home for about three months this activity is probably newer than older, however, when I was done with the rodent monitors, I applied interior liquid baseboard treatment through all the rooms where I could reach to control spiders and general household insects. I did also install a few glue boxes in the unfinished parts of the basement to control and collect off this activity.while I was in the basement, I did inspect the exposed wooden joists that I could see for termite activity

Hello! Today I completed your Premium Pest initial service for mice. Upon arrival, we spoke about seeing mice activity around range, fridge, and garage. During my inspection, I found some mice droppings under range and a gap between wall and floor boards. I installed copper mesh to gap behind range. I installed 4 interior bait stations in home: 2 on either side of garage door 1 back right of range 1 left side of fridge If looking at garage from outside, bottom left of garage door has a possible entry point for rodents that I would recommend getting repaired. Please give us a call to schedule a 2-week follow up to inspect all bait stations. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. Good afternoon, It was nice seeing you again for your intial service. For todays pest control service a very light amount of mice was described running from basement to kitchen. I placed 2 bait stations for mice in basement utility room on crawl space/sill plate area. I removed 1 old bait station, because 2 bait stations can eliminate approx two families of mice. Then I set up 2 snap traps per your request for traps in this area, so your visitors cant see them in the future. No possible entry points were found while inspecting and treating exterior for roaches and general insects, I also treated the basement utility area with the same residual liquid treatment as the exterior perimeter. Good morning. Today I performed your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of current or previous activity. Set up termite monitors on the corners of the house. Removed webs and treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid residual for spiders, centipedes as well as general pest control. Also set up two large rodent bait stations on the exterior of the home. On the interior I set up MBS bait stations and traps throughout the basement rafters in the storage rooms as well as the kitchen under the sink, garage and attic for mice control. No other issues visible. Please report if any activity continues or resumes before our next scheduled service. Today per your request, I treated the interior baseboards of the master bathroom with a liquid repellent to control and suppress any spider activity in this area, I did also install one small glue box behind the toilet to collect up any activity that may trail around for the next few days.this small device can just be discarded in the trash if activity is collected. When I was finished on the interior of the home, I treated the exterior foundation, window, trim, doorway, entrances, as well as the first floor soffits, and any other small cracks and crevices with the same liquid repellent.
