Johnny followed up on a rodent issue I had and went above and beyond my expectations. The problem was handled, but what really stood out was that he stopped by unexpectedly to make sure everything was resolved and took the time to recommend preventative steps around the exterior of my home so the issue wouldn’t happen again. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate the outstanding service.

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate David coming to my house. David Parker is an expert in his craft and his overall knowledge on pest control and home management is unrivaled. He takes the time to explain the why - most people don’t do this anymore as they just want to do their business and move on. David doesn’t. Working with David from Green Pest Solutions was smoother and easier than I would have ever thought getting treated for termites would be. From the first call before his arrival until he left, David went above and beyond to answer the questions my fiancée and I had with detail, patience, and compassion. Once he arrived he inspected every spot we asked him to, shared his insight into the damage and what we could do to continue to protect our home, and put our mind at ease by taking the time to answer every question we had. From there he walked us through the day of process and what to expect once it was completed, and never once made us feel like we were pestering him or wasting his time. David was a consummate professional, and we are so grateful for his help making what started as a very stressful experience become a moment of learning and peace of mind for the future.
