Today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected all the areas of concern and treated for the ants with a liquid residual application around the entire inside of your home. This application helps with other insect preventative as well. All exterior windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices were also treated with a different liquid residual product. This will help prevent and eliminate ants as well as other seasonal pest activity. I also, put down a granular that help deter insects. For preventative purposes I put down mice bait stations in the garage and attic. We will monitor these traps on the next visit. Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs, and inspecting rodent bait station. Bait station was found with no activity, and bait was refreshed. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Good afternoon Debbie. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns with ant activity on the interior. We added some ant gel bait around the interior to help control any live activity that may be around. during our inspection, we did notice some old mouse droppings in the basement area. We added a mouse bait station to the garage due to a small gap on the rolling door. Then we inspected the exterior of the home to find numerous ant trails all along the foundation leading into the home. We also noticed a large hole in the foundation near the AC unit that can be leading to rodents and other pest entry. Please see the attached picture. Heavy vegetation present around the foundation. We do recommend trimming back 12-24” any vegetation that is touching the foundation/siding as this can lead to pest activity. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior of your home for carpenter ants and general pests. Treatment can take 2 or more weeks to control an existing ant population. We use non-repellent insect controls for ants, which will not prevent ants, therefore requires contact and will address the colony. Please try not to kill the ants, we need them to take our products back to their colony. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern for ants throughout home, I applied an ant gel in areas of concern. This includes kids playroom, entry doors, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. Also I left some ant gel baited arenas, to be moved wherever ants are being seen. I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. Also I used a Weber pole duster to knock down spider webs on the exterior. A carpenter ant bait was sprinkled sparingly around all nearby trees on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on each exterior corner of home. Sorry I missed you today during your initial inspection/service. However I did speak with your wife and your kids to find out some of the issues you guys are dealing with. Today I inspected the home from top to bottom looking for any and all pest activity. Your wife pointed out to me downstairs in the closet. There were droppings. I did inspect the whole basement areas not seeing any droppings anywhere except for these closets in the back corner. I installed monitors inside these closets as well as one in the closet through the gym up on the metal I-beam. When I was downstairs, I did not notice any activity of bugs or any activity to treat for however, I do believe the back door downstairs was left open and may have let a mouse in. Only this back right closet showed signs of activity. when I was finished downstairs, I inspected all the bedrooms and bathrooms and everything upstairs not noticing any activity.
