Today I was out to perform your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of current or previous activity or damage. I removed any webs and treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid red for ants, spiders and general pests. I also set up a large rodent bait station on the side of the house. I also treated the entire garage and basement storage areas for spiders and centipedes. Set up glue traps in both basement and garage. No other issues found.
