Upon arrival, met with customer, went inside at the tour of the home and then I began treating on the second floor and did treat both back bedrooms. When it was time to come down the hallway to treat the third bedroom, the customer could not get the tenant/roommate to exit their room and leave. I gave the customer 15 minutes to get them out so that we continue with the service but for safety reasons I explained that I cannot continue with that person in their room. The customer was never able to get the person out of their room. So I contacted my office and gave them the information and the customer will have to contact us and we will reschedule to complete the rest of the house.
