Chris, as always, was incredibly helpful in trying to get to the bottom of our mouse problem! Based on the location and level of activity he saw, he took time to explain what he thought the current status was and how we’d address it. He also went the extra mile by helping plug up holes around our foundation with materials I had on hand, working to ensure mice had no entry points, which is one of our **top concerns! He also looked at another sign of animal activity in our garage to see if mice were active there and helped figure out it was NOT mice. Chris is always friendly, upbeat, and helpful. We can always count on him to move us closer to a mouse-free house!

So first I removed webs and spider activity from the façade using the web tool and then I checked your rodent stations which had moderate activity, but I went ahead and replenished the stations anyway so now they’re ready for any mice or rodents that may come their way. Last I thoroughly treated the exterior of the home with liquid residual material. Hello Breck , Upon arrival, you open the door and I came in to your house, and I checked all the rodent stations throughout the inside of the house, and there was no activity on any of them, which is a good thing and a step in the right direction then I went outside and checked all the rodent stations around your house and all of them had activity, but not from mice from slugs. So I replenish them with new bait and then applied a granular Inside each to eliminate the slugs as they come in to feed on the bait and we talked about that. Also, on the exterior I found or heard the air condition as closest to your house was producing steam because water was pouring in it from water, coming off the roof and hitting your deck in such a way. The steam is caused by The components inside or are warm and I’m not sure that it’s good that the water is pouring into the unit like it is.
