Inspected home with customer present. In basement showed customer areas were mice are traveling. Showed customer several large openings that need to be sealed and customer will seal tomorrow. Added 10 MBS stations to the soil plate throughout the basement. Mice are basically coming up steps into kitchen. Customer will add door sweep. No bait stations were placed in living space. Did check attic no evidence of mice there. Outside termite monitor stations around home, three large RBS around home and power sprayed exterior with liquid residual material. Also removed webs and spider activity with my web tool. Added three MBS to garage on either side of rolldown doors and one to rear storage room . Will set up 10 day. Good morning sir It was very nice to meet you and as you know, my name is Chris and today I came and completed your one time service for yellow jacket wasps that had it made a nest in your left rear, small roof, soffit area. After my inspection, I thoroughly treated this area and explain to you what your expectations will be and I gave you a timeline as to when this issue will be done with again stay away from that immediate area for the next couple hours and pretty much by seven or 8 PM tonight. That nest will be deceased. Please allow up to 14 days for the material to agitate and eliminate all insect pets, including the yellow jackets and or any insects. Today we completed our quarterly pest inspection and treatment services. Sorry we missed you this morning. We went around the building and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs while refilling the exterior rodent bait stations which showed heavy activity. We treated the building with a liquid residual to help prevent spiders and general fall invaders. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect. Contact us with any questions or concerns. I took down any cobwebs I saw around windows and doors to limit spider activity on the interior of your home. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a non-repellent solution, targeting general pest, such as ants, wasp, and spiders. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the results of this treatment.
