Chris, as always, was incredibly helpful in trying to get to the bottom of our mouse problem! Based on the location and level of activity he saw, he took time to explain what he thought the current status was and how we’d address it. He also went the extra mile by helping plug up holes around our foundation with materials I had on hand, working to ensure mice had no entry points, which is one of our **top concerns! He also looked at another sign of animal activity in our garage to see if mice were active there and helped figure out it was NOT mice. Chris is always friendly, upbeat, and helpful. We can always count on him to move us closer to a mouse-free house!
