Chris, as always, was incredibly helpful in trying to get to the bottom of our mouse problem! Based on the location and level of activity he saw, he took time to explain what he thought the current status was and how we’d address it. He also went the extra mile by helping plug up holes around our foundation with materials I had on hand, working to ensure mice had no entry points, which is one of our **top concerns! He also looked at another sign of animal activity in our garage to see if mice were active there and helped figure out it was NOT mice. Chris is always friendly, upbeat, and helpful. We can always count on him to move us closer to a mouse-free house!

I went down to the basement and treated it for spider activity. I did find some spiders and webs and I treated them and then I removed them from the house. Once this was completed that I went outside and took all the webs and spiders activity off the house in the back of the garage and everywhere first, and then I thoroughly treated the exterior with liquid residual material. Please allow up to 14 days for this application to agitate and or eliminate any insect cast, including spidersfrom the exterior. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual at the site of yellow jacket activity. We took every precaution in preventing chemical from entering the pond and we were successful in not getting any product passed the point we needed to treat.
