Chris, as always, was incredibly helpful in trying to get to the bottom of our mouse problem! Based on the location and level of activity he saw, he took time to explain what he thought the current status was and how we’d address it. He also went the extra mile by helping plug up holes around our foundation with materials I had on hand, working to ensure mice had no entry points, which is one of our **top concerns! He also looked at another sign of animal activity in our garage to see if mice were active there and helped figure out it was NOT mice. Chris is always friendly, upbeat, and helpful. We can always count on him to move us closer to a mouse-free house!

It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual at the site of yellow jacket activity. We took every precaution in preventing chemical from entering the pond and we were successful in not getting any product passed the point we needed to treat. We will return in a week to check up on the yellow jackets and to pick up the web brush left behind. Please leave tarp attached if possible. If not, no worries. So after inspecting the house inside, I went outside. I did see where they were going, which was on the corner of the soffit, and I went ahead and treated that as well as the Roof line edge, and all the areas that are possible that they may enter once they detect the pesticide. Your husband arrived, and I showed him the areas from the ground that I would also seal up for in the future. By noon, the nest will be 100% debt.
