Good afternoon. Today I performed your pest control service. Checked termite monitors, no activity. Replaced two due to damage. Spot treated around the deck and front porch slab to ant activity. Baited under front left corner siding with a gel ant bait for active ant activity. Inspected the garage. No activity found. No other current issues visible. Then applied a liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding only around front. Today we completed our quarterly pest inspection and treatment services. Sorry we missed you today. We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs. The exterior rodent bait stations showed no signs of activity. We treated the exterior perimeter, eaves and window trim with a liquid residual to help prevent spiders, stink bugs, and general seasonal invaders.
