Upon arrival I met with you and you were able to show me the area where the yellow jackets were nesting on the rear of your house in a nook area. After we spoke, I also noticed carpenter bee activity in your clothesline post, and I also found carpenter ants trailing from a rear tree to the side of your family room on the back and going under the siding. First, I treated the entire exterior of the house with liquid residual material and then I treated the entry point for the yellow jackets on the rear nook area. I also treated the base of the trees with the same material since they were close by. Hello, today I was out to perform your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of activity. I treated the entire exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid residual for ants, spiders as well as general pests. I also set up a large rodent bait station for mice control. On the interior i treated the kitchen, living room, as well as the laundry room and front bedroom with a liquid residual for mainly roaches as well as general pests. Set up MBS bait stations for mice control as well. No other issues found. Please allow a few days for products to be effective. If activity continues after two weeks please schedule a follow up.
