Very happy with the exceptional service that Dennis provided. He showed up when he said he would and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the termite treatment that was needed explaining how long it would take and doing the work immediately. We also needed help with mice which he also set a plan for specific areas inside and outside of the house. I highly recommend this company and especially Dennis.

Hello Jeanette It was very nice to meet you and as you know, my name is Chris and today I came to do your service call for bald faced hornets. After meeting you, I explained all about them and then I went ahead and treated the nest which had about 20 of them in it, I waited a few minutes and then I removed the nest 100% and treated the area around the nest so as they return not finding their nest, they will be a little agitated and they will land trying to rebuild their nest and as they do that, they’ll pick up the material that I applied onto themselves and it will ultimately eliminate them. Please allow at least eight hours, but theoretically by say 8 PM tonight they will all be deceased. Good morning. Today I performed your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of activity or damage. Set up termite monitors on the corners of the house. Treated the entire exterior perimeter with a liquid residual for heavy ant trails around the entire foundation. On the interior I treated the basement rafters around the upper perimeter for spiders and general pest activity and also treated the front entry way and kitchen for ant activity. Baited the counter and behind outlets in the kitchen with a gel bait. Please allow a few days for products to be effective. We will rerun in 30 days and retreat for ants. No other issues visible. Upon arrival I came inside and I checked all the rodent stations and glue traps in your basement as well as your garage and I did replace all the glue traps in both locations due to some spider activity. But the rodent stations in both locations were fine with no activity. Then once this was complete, I also treated your basement and garage with liquid residual material. Then moving outside, I thoroughly treated the exterior with liquid residual material as well as I checked your rodent stations and they outside were 100% empty so I replenished them and now all the rodent stations are ready for any mice or rodent that may come their way.
