Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I knocked down any visible cobwebs from the exterior of your home. I applied a liquid residual throughout the exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. Hello! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for cockroaches. On arrival you showed me areas of concerned, which were the kitchen, bathroom, and behind computer desk, frame and flag in living room. I treated all available baseboards in kitchen, bathroom and spot treated baseboards behind computer desk. I applied a cockroach gel bait to all kitchen cabinets and drawers. I also applied some to kitchen appliances that showed heavy sons of activity, which were the air fryer, microwaveand deep freezer. I also applied some cockroach jailbait behind picture frame in kitchen, living room and cracks and crevices in the bathroom. I started exterior treatment by removing cobwebs from exterior of home and installing termite monitors to four corners of home. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10–14 days for treatment’s best effects. We spoke about setting a follow up for 11/1 @3:30pm.
