Carlos always texts when he arrives, which makes it easy to communicate which stations I’d like checked (I don’t always hear the knock at the door). He is thorough and comments on other concerns he sees while he’s here. I do wish it were easier to schedule visits in between the quarterly visits

Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior front and sides of home for seasonal insects. Rear gate was locked. If you’ll like the rear of home treated please give us a call. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down spider webs on the exterior. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. The 2 exterior rodent bait stations were refilled with new bait. High activity was found. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service.I inspected the termite monitors and found no activity at this time. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. I checked and refilled the exterior bait station due to moderate feeding activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation around windows and doors of the home for general and seasonal pest control.
