I inspected the interior and exterior for any visible signs of termites and found none at this time. I also found no exterior penetrations for any mouse activity. I installed four termite monitors on the exterior to help monitor termite activity. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. I applied ant gel bait to crack and crevices for ant activity. I placed two bake arenas in the kitchen and back foyer for ant control. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the baseboards in the living room, kitchen foyer, and basement for general pest control focusing on ants. Granular carpenter ant bait was sprinkled in between the deck boards in the backyard for carpenter ant activity.
