Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. You reported no issues interior so I treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exteriors of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant trails were noticed during today's service around the front of the property but I applied ant gel bait in the area to eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I inspected, the four exterior termite monitors, and no signs of termite activity were observed during time of visit.
