Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. Upon arrival, we knocked on door a couple of times, didn’t receive any answers so we treated around the exterior during today’s visit. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exteriors of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next, we inspected both exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in both stations as needed. Last we inspected all exterior termite monitors and no sign of termites were observed during today’s visit. Please allow 10-14 days for the materials to take full affect.
