Green Pest Solutions comes four times a year with a yearly contract. If I need them for any problems outside of the normal spraying, I can call and they come. I have carpenter ants inside the house in the basement. I found residue from them burrowing. After several treatments, the ants seem to have dissipated to my joy. Very friendly service people.

This was Dani's second visit to the house. I told her my concern about the residue from the carpenter ants still being seen along with the dead ants. She explained that there are cycles for the ants and retreated the area. She also sprayed around the outside of the house. She was pleasant!

Completed your quarterly pest control service
Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. After inspecting your areas of concern, it appears carpenter ants were mainly coming from the nearby mulch beds and holly trees. A carpenter ant bait was sprinkled around those areas on the exterior. Also a liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home. An ant gel was applied to cracks n crevices in basement where you shown me activity once was. And glue boards were placed in utility and laundry rooms for monitoring purposes. A Weber pole duster was used on the exterior to knock down any spider webs. 4 termite monitors were placed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits. After an inspection of your interior and exterior, I did find some termite damage on your basement sill. I added pics to the account, and placed 4 termite monitors on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected on future visits. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster was used to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. Per your concern for ants in your rear mulch beds a carpenter ant bait was applied sparingly in those beds. Also since ants are being seen in rear family room, near back door and on end table, an ant gel bait was applied to those areas. And ant gel baited arenas were left on that table. Also since you mentioned you had a mouse recently a rodent bait station was placed on the exterior to monitor any small rodent activity. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see any decrease in activity.

Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern for moths, it appears the one you had captured was a clothing moth. After inspecting the basement, attic and various rooms no other evidence was found. I did place some clothing moth glue traps in family room and master bedroom closet. As advised, if activity continues the source may be coming from a natural fiber of some sort(clothing, old rug or carpet, blanket) and you must find the source wash, or/and discard. Continue to clean and vacuum as much as possible. Glue boards were added to unfinished areas in basement for monitoring purposes. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home. With our focus being rear wooden areas of porch where carpenter bees are nesting. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but during my inspection, I found two possible entry points on the left side of the home where two holes enter into the basement area, but I placed copper mesh in the area. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, detached garage, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I inspected both exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity in both stations but I place fresh bait in both stations as needed.
