This was Dani's second visit to the house. I told her my concern about the residue from the carpenter ants still being seen along with the dead ants. She explained that there are cycles for the ants and retreated the area. She also sprayed around the outside of the house. She was pleasant!

Today I completed your premium plus pest initial service. You reported cave crickets on the exterior and some in the basement. We spoke about termite history, and you had just moved in not too long ago and the home has not had any termite history to this date. I placed termite monitors at the 4 corners of the home. I treated the basement with a liquid residual in place glue traps in the corners of the unfinished portion to monitor the activity. I treated a beehive that was out in the ground by the shed with a liquid residual. I used a webber brush to remove any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. I found a few on the right hand side of the home. The one I advised you of that has the tubes coming from it. The other 2 I filled with copper mesh.
