Our technician Carlos was friendly, informative and professional. he quickly eliminated our problem which was a threat to our safety, a dangerous hornet nest. I called six at night and they were there the next day. This company is sensitive to your needs and will do what it takes to accommodate you. Ever so grateful for their help. I applied a liquid treatment to the area to help eliminate yellow jacket activity. Last I applied a liquid treatment around exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pest. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
