I was very pleased with the man who did the extermination. He explained what he was going to do. Was at my condo on time and did a wonderful job. The people at the office we helpful and professional as was the exterminator.

Johnny is an excellent technician!! He always goes above and beyond, He’s very aware of our specific home needs and since he has taken over, we have not seen a pest inside! We have grown a bond with Johnny during these past couple of visits so when he didn’t come to my last two visits I was sad but we were very happy to see him today!! Thank you again, Johnny!!

Dani was very knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to our concerns and adjusted the service accordingly. Johnny was fantastic! He was out for our initial visit today and we originally called because we had ants coming in the kitchen and found some yellow jackets inside. He inspected our home very thoroughly for all pest and he was able to identify where the yellow jackets were coming from. He is incredibly thorough, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a few ants in between service calls so we made a call in. Johnny was able to come out pretty quickly. He explained some options for treatments and took into consideration my pets and kids. He was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I we performed a through inspection interior and found a lot of dropping throughout the attic, garage and crawlspace. Then we placed a total of 8 MBS throughout the garage, attic, crawlspace and pantry to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next we applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire attic as a preventative for all general pests. Then we performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next we placed 1 exterior RBS around the home to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Last we installed 4 exterior termite monitors to inspect for termites every quarterly visit moving forward. Today I completed your pest initial service. Per your concern for ants throughout home, I placed ant gel in both rear bedrooms, and in kitchen. Ant gel baited arenas were placed in those areas as well. As advised, when the cats are finished eating pick up the bowls or empty the bowls so the ants will focus on our applications. Also a liquid residual application was applied around the exterior perimeter of home, for general insects. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. Per your concern for mice, a mouse bait station was placed under kitchen stove and a larger station was placed on the exterior. These stations will help control and monitor any small rodent activity.
