I inspected the interior and exterior for any signs of termites and found none at this time. I installed four termite monitors around the four corners of the home to monitor termite activity. I removed any visible cobwebs from around the exterior of the home. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and no signs of termite activity was found around the exterior or interior during today’s visit, termite damage was noticed by front door frame on both sides. Hello, it was great meeting you this morning! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for spiders. Upon arrival, we spoke about seeing spider activity in your son’s room, by back sliding door, and garage. I treated bedrooms and around back door with a liquid residual for spiders. During my inspection, I found webs all over home siding. I also treated a removed a few wasp nests from around home. I brought to your attention an old paper wasp nest that is in the back left soffit of home. Just in case, I treated old nest in soffit with a liquid residual. I started exterior treatment by removing visible and accessible cobwebs using my webster pole and installing termite monitors to 4 corners of home. I also treated exterior perimeter and front eaves of home with a liquid residual for general pests and carpenter bees. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. On the interior, I treated the kitchen for roaches. We pulled out the dishwasher and applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter. I also treated the rest of the kitchen perimeter.
