Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 2 ant traps with ant gel bait inside in areas were ants was noticed. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant trails were noticed during today's service but I applied ant gel bait to the area, also yellow jackets were noticed entering and exiting on the side of the home, but we applied a liquid treatment to the area to help eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termites every visit moving forward. No treatment was applied near any edible vegetation during today’s visit.
