Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Upon arrival you mentioned you weren’t home yet and gave me the code to do the interior. You just moved in so you mentioned no issues yet. I started off inspecting the whole interior of the home. There were no issues or any concerns at this time. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards in all the rooms of the home as a general treatment for seasonal pests. On the exterior, I didn’t find any issues to report at this time. I didn’t find any evidence of termite activity as well. I installed termite monitors at all four corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit, I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. There were no issues under the crawlspace or in the shed at this time. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
